British Airways Customer Review Analysis
This was a unique project that entailed analysing the data from a survey of 1,000 customers across 10 routes, and extracting insights used in making data-driven recommendations that can improve the satisfaction of the airline's customers by over 30%. This analysis was performed using Power BI


Sunshine Resort Customer Analysis
This is a unique project which entailed reviewing the patronage of a resort by customers from different countries, including Portugal, United Kingdom, USA, Spain, and France, to mention a few. Through thorough analysis and visualization, I discovered that the resort had a high churning rate. The recommendations offered helped in reducing churning rate by 20%. MS Excel Pivot Analysis and Dashboard were used for the analysis and visualization.
Electronix Inc. Operations Optimization Project
This project entailed analyzing the performance data and creating a dashboard for a Pan African electronics manufacturing and distribution company using Power BI, as well as recommending strategic initiatives for improving operational efficiency and profitability. The strategic initiatives recommended helped the company in reducing order fulfillment time by 20% and increasing profitability by 25% within six (6) months.


Financial Performance Assessment for Stridestyle Footwear
This project entailed analyzing and generating insights from the financial performance of StrideStyle. I analyzed the performance of its retailers, regions, products, and sales channels and presented it using Power BI, with the findings from the analysis being used as a business case for strategic initiatives that increased the company's profitability by 35% within 12 months
Stakeholder Analysis for Software Installation Project
This task, which was part of Software Installation Project for a Credit and Loan company entailed analyzing the internal stakeholders, in order to identify and understand their interests, influence, expectations, and roles.


Mapping of Current & Future State of Online Order Fulfillment Process for Aviz Store
This project entailed analyzing the process of online order fulfilment at Aviz Store, a retailer of pet food and products. In order to resolve the issues with delays in order processing, inventory discrepancies, and customer complaints regarding late deliveries, I mapped the current state of the order fulfilment process. I made recommendations for improving the process, and captured these recommendations in a future state process flow.
Loan Approval Process Re-Engineering Project
In order to solve the problems with delays in loan approval of a bank, this project entailed developing the SDLC Phases for the automation of the process, as well as the business, user, system, interface, transition, functional, and non-functional requirements of the loan approval system proposed.


Creation of Business Requirement Document for Loan Approval Process Re-Engineering
This project entailed creating a Business Requirement Document (BRD) for the Loan Approval Process Re-engineering of a bank. The document outlined the project summary (objectives, rationale, business drivers), project scope, system perspectives, business process overview (Current process & Proposed process), and business requirements.
Creation of Sprint Backlog for Gaming Software Development with JIRA
This project entailed using JIRA to manage the development of a gaming software, with user stories being assigned points, while being assigned to sprints. The User stories were also assigned to versions and connected to their respective epics. Using JIRA helped to improve the software development management efficiency by over 20% (based on time and cost saving).


Managing E-Commerce Development Project with JIRA
This entailed using JIRA as a tool to record and manage epics and user stories for an ecommerce development project. Story points were added to each story, and the story points were used in backlog prioritisation and sprint planning. Using JIRA provided a centralised view of all tasks, user stories, and issues, allowing team members and stakeholders to see the current status and progress of the backlog easily.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Unilever Canteen Ordering Web App
This project entailed testing a Web App that was developed for the Canteen at Unilever Head Office. The Web App aimed to solve challenges related to long wait time for meals and inefficiency in the food ordering of the system, and introduce a meal delivery option with real time tracking feature. Two cycles of tests were conducted with 85% pass rate in the first cycle and a 100% pass rate in the test cycle.
